Trane Comfort Specialist

Do you have a Heating or Cooling project in Niagara we can help with?

What is a Trane Comfort Specialist

–  Choosing a furnace or air conditioner isn’t just about finding someone with a truck and a toolbox—it’s about finding the right expertise. Many one-person operations may offer quick installations, but few have the knowledge to do it correctly, and even fewer will stand by their work when issues arise.

–  With these providers, you might discover that their service ends once the installation is complete. If you have a question or need a repair later on, you’ll often find they’re hard to reach—or worse, they only handle installations.

–  Trane understands that true peace of mind comes from dependable service, not just a quality product. That’s why they’ve built a network of trusted heating and cooling professionals, going beyond just the basics.

–  The Trane Comfort Specialist (TCS) program was designed to ensure companies like Marty’s Heating & Air Conditioning consistently meet a higher standard. It’s a commitment that holds us accountable to provide exceptional service and support, long after the installation is done.

Who can become a Trane Comfort Specialist?

Only companies that live up to Trane’s strict standards can display the TCS badge,
and in Ontario, only 19 companies have been certified as a TCS dealer.

These standards are laid out through Certification, which requires meeting a stringent list of qualifications including:

– Minimum two technicians on staff full time – not subcontractors
– Qualified Customer Service Reps must be able to answer the phones
– TCS Dealers must attend training courses scheduled yearly
– Must agree to random facility inspections and random inspections of scope of work done in customer homes

– Honour all Trane promotions including, financing, rebates, and government and utility rebates
– Must have exceptional online reviews above 4.7 stars
– Full liability insurance to protect customer’s homes
– Must past at leas 30 customer satisfaction surveys yearly
– Plus more!

Each year, the company must meet the qualifications and if a TCS Dealer does not pass, their Certification may be revoked.
